Self-wrappers, stapled. With a bookplate (Walter Chrysler) on the inner cover, ink inscription '1st edition', frontispiece portrait, Title page, limitation page 'Privately printed, 1920. First Edition of 109 copies, of which this in number 104', Foreword, 31 pages. Stapled. Discoloration, possibly from handling to the front and back cover, pages are clean.
